CARLOS BOSSIO

Carlos Bossio is a member of the Corporate Reorganization and Bankruptcy department.

He is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management with specialization in Corporate Finance from EAE Business School and Rey Juan Carlos University from Madrid, Spain.

Prior to joining the firm, Carlos worked as legal assistant at Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Propiedad Intelectual (INDECOPI), as well as a legal assistant at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría.

In the academic world, Carlos has been assistant professor of the course on Company Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and Research´s Director in the Menchantil Law Team – an association formed by students of the PUCP.
