DANIELLA MUÑOZ

Daniella is an associate of the Firm, where she specializes in mining, natural resources, energy, and projects and infrastructure. Her practice focuses on regulatory, corporate and contractual advice to different companies and entities, both domestic and foreign. Likewise, he has participated in multiple due diligence processes and in the planning and execution of various transactions, from the approach of the environmental, regulatory and natural resources sectors. These transactions have been implemented within the framework of the purchase and sale of companies and in the strategic reorganization of their activities, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental and regulatory standards.

Daniella is a graduate of Universidad de Lima, graduating in the top tenth of her class. During her university studies, she was a member of different study circles and participated in the Public Relations Committee of the Asociación Civil ADV Editores, which publishes the legal magazine ADVOCATUS (2021-2022). She is also a student associate of WIM Peru – Women in Mining Peru since September 2024.

Daniella did her pre-professional internship in the Mining and Infrastructure department at Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
