Carlos Rojas is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, graduated summa cum laude and holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Design at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He completed a diploma in Consumer Psychology at UPC and a program in Good Corporate Governance and Compliance at ESAN.

He was a partner at Baxel Consultores, where he led the implementation of a legal design and innovation department. He is the founder of PsychoLAWgy, a platform dedicated to the dissemination of behavioral sciences. He has worked at Lazo, De Romaña & Gagliuffi Abogados, Hernández & Cía. Abogados, and in the Unfair Competition Oversight Commission of INDECOPI.

Carlos develops strategic solutions in the legal sector with multidisciplinary teams, focusing on innovation and service design.

Clara von Loebenstein holds a degree in International Studies with a focus on Political Science from Middlebury College (USA) and a master’s degree from The New School University (USA).

She has over a decade of experience in business development, legal marketing, and client service in New York. She has worked for some of the top law firms in the United States: Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; Milbank; the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office; Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Lowey LLP; and Winston & Strawn. She also has experience in communications within the United Nations (the Permanent Mission of Guatemala to the UN and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA)).

Clara leads strategic initiatives in business development, branding, and visibility with an international focus.

Cristi La Rosa graduated with a technical degree in Advertising and Digital Media from ISIL, where she graduated as the top of her class. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising Management from ISIL Business School.

Since joining the studio as an intern, she has implemented communication and positioning strategies, strengthening its market presence and developing effective campaigns to attract and retain clients.

With a strategic vision and a constant drive for learning, Cristi seeks to continue driving innovation in legal marketing, adapting to industry trends, and adding value to the firm.

Elizabeth Quispe is a licensed librarian from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. She has 20 years of professional experience in the administration and management of digital libraries in environmental law. She specializes in the design and management of web content in specialized databases.

Her experience obtained in previous works related to the implementation of digital repositories in legal matters, has provided her with the necessary knowledge to design and implement information management strategies for decision making.

Elizabeth currently works as Head of the Information and Archive Center and is responsible for the systematization and management of legal knowledge at the corporate level in the Firm.

Maria Galarza is a graduate of the technical career of accounting and bachelor of business administration from San Ignacio de Loyola University, with a solid technical and academic background.

She has more than 9 years of experience in billing in the logistics and legal sector. In the last 6 years he has achieved a professional growth in the firm, from his entry as an assistant and currently holding the position of Chief.

She seeks to apply her skills and knowledge in accounting and administration to contribute to the growth of her area, applying strategies and procedures ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in decision making

Roxana Sin has administrative studies and more than 25 years of experience in the export industry and in legal firms. She currently is the Firm’s Head of Collections area.

Roxana has been part of the Firm for 7 years and has managed to strengthen a Client-Firm bond, consolidating the fulfillment of the functions under her charge, applying strategies focused on the goals of the organization, supervising and controlling the procedures of her area.
