RAD SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Since 2018, we are part of the Pro Bono Alliance – Peru, a non-profit organization that promotes pro bono work in Peru.
Despite the economic havoc and radical changes in the way we live and work, we continue and reaffirm our commitment to provide legal assistance in relation to pro bono work. One of the milestones reached in 2020 was the creation of our Pro Bono Committee, which is made up of Alberto Rebaza, María Haydee Zegarra, Sergio Mattos and Josefina Arana.
The objective of our Pro Bono Committee is to centralize the cases sent by Alianza Pro Bono and serve as a liaison with our attorneys in each phase of the assistance provided. Likewise, this Committee is in charge of reviewing on a case-by-case basis the possibility of providing pro bono assistance to individuals / non-profit organizations that do not require assistance through the Alianza Pro Bono platform.
At Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas we firmly believe that people’s rights and claims must be addressed, regardless of their economic condition.
In 2023 we worked 804 hours together with the Pro Bono Alliance and we do so under the same standards of excellence with which we work for all our clients.
We have been recognized for three consecutive years by the Vance Center and Latin Lawyer as “Pro Bono Leading Lights”, for our constant contribution to strengthening the pro bono culture in Latin America, confirming our commitment to society.
