    Alberto Rebaza is the managing partner of Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Law Firm and co-leader of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Financing and Capital Markets, Free Competition and Private Clients areas.

    Alberto, better known as Tito, has extensive experience regarding domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He regularly advises several boards of directors´ on matters of strategic planning, structuring and corporate structures implementation. He specializes as well in all types of commercial and financial transactions, good corporate governance, crisis management and dealings with stakeholders.

    Tito combines his transactional experience with a profound knowledge of his clients’ businesses, which include some of the most important economic groups in the country, regarding different industries such as financial, retail, mining, health, food and beverages, telecommunications, oil, gas and others.

    He has participated as a speaker in conferences in different cities, such as Dublin, São Paulo, Bogotá, Panama, Barcelona, NYC, Mexico City, Singapore, etc.

    Tito is recognized by different legal boards as a leader in corporate practice and mergers and acquisitions (Chambers and Partners (Band 1), Legal 500 (Leading Individual), IFLR1000 (Highly Regarded), Leaders League (Leading)), in the practice of Financing and Capital Markets (IFLR1000 (Highly Regarded)) and through the practices he leads in Mergers and Acquisitions (Chambers and Partners Band 1), Financing and Capital Markets (Chambers and Partners Band 2, Legal 500 Tier 2, IFLR1000 Tier 2 ) and Private Clients (Band 1 in Chambers and Partners – Private Wealth Law and Leading in Patrimonial Law in Leaders League).

    He studied at the Catholic University of Peru law school, holds a master degree from University of Virginia and has taken courses at Georgetown University and England.

    He is very involved in the world of the arts; Tito is President of the Lima Art Museum. He is the director of the cultural patronage of Peru, member of the patronage committee at the Reina de Sofía Museum, founder of “La Residencia de al Lado” and is a member of the Latin American Circle of the Guggenheim Museum in New York.
