PRIVATE EQUITY

The private equity industry has been developing very actively and sustainably in Peru for 15 years. The agribusiness, construction, mining, projects, retail, transportation, food, real estate, and life science sectors are some of the sectors in which we have participated in private equity operations. Our recognized experience and leadership in these consultancies, added to our know-how in mergers and acquisitions, only strengthens our private equity area.

We advise on direct investments in private companies, secondary transactions, investments prior to the public offering of shares, investments and venture capital transactions, investment funds and financial institutions, among others. We custom design the most efficient legal structure for our clients from a multidisciplinary approach. We know in depth the particularities of private capital, as well as the market in which they operate.

Partners: Alberto Rebaza, Felipe Boisset, Alexandra Orbezo.

Our team is complemented by international know-how in the regulatory, antitrust, litigation, tax, and internal investigations areas. For this reason, our comprehensive analysis goes far beyond the private equity issue, generating a unique and cohesive response from the different legal aspects that must be addressed in each case.

We ensure that the opportunities presented to our clients are duly evaluated, as well as that the associated risks are efficiently managed to close negotiations quickly.

Our solid transactional experience allows us to identify the benefits and disadvantages in a negotiation. Likewise, we try to detect as quickly as possible all the complex problems of a transaction for their timely incorporation into the negotiation.
