EUROPEAN DESK
Just as we did with our office in Santiago de Chile in 2009, the purpose of opening a new office now in Madrid is to accompany our clients in the development of their plans in Europe, and particularly in Spain, both for investments and to have a second home.
We have been very active advising its clients outside of Peru in Mergers and Acquisitions, in Private Client matters (international taxation, foreign visas and tax domiciliation, real estate) and in international litigation. With this new office, we will continue to offer these services in Europe.
Héctor Gadea, partner of our law firm, especialized in Compliance, White-Collar Crime and Dispute resolution, will be in charge of our Madrid office, which will also be comprised by a senior associate.
Our objective is also to be a bridge between our clients and the specialized European advisors that may be needed (local firms, investment banks, auditors).
We are the first full-service Peruvian Firm with an office in Europe.
CHILEAN DESK
Since our incorporation in 2004, we have had the privilege of interacting with a significant number of Chilean clients operating in Peru, and Peruvian clients operating in Chile. In 2013, we were part of the largest investment made by a Peruvian company in Chile: the purchase of the Lafarge cement company.
The closing of this transaction marked a milestone that prompted us to establish an office in Santiago, Chile with the aim of improving our services for our Peruvian and Chilean clients, thus, becoming the first and only Peruvian Firm with a physical presence in said country.
As part of our team, and leading the Santiago representative office, our legal advisor Maria Isabel Pastor, is qualified to practice law in both countries, Peru and Chile, and has been living in said country since 1996.
Our office in Chile serves as a facilitator for our Peruvian clients facing complex matters in Chile, working together with the best and most recognized law firms with whom we have extensive experience and excellent relationships.
Similarly, we accompany our Chilean clients since the beginning and in the most challenging situations that could emerge during the future development of its businesses in Peru.

ASIAN DESK
Considering the strong activity and growing investment of the Asian market in Latin America and, in particular, in Peru, at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas we have an Asian Desk. This desk’s objective is to provide an adequate investment strategy to our Asian clients, assess them on the main aspects of international investments in Peru and give them a specialized legal service.
Our Asian Desk has a multidisciplinary team of lawyers who have traveled the Asian continent in order to understand the particularities of their businesses with a deep respect for their culture and values
In this sense, we have relevant experience, mainly in M&A operations, joint ventures, incorporation of companies, financings in capital markets, banking regulatory advice and investments in public infrastructures.
Our relationship with Asian companies goes from financial giants as ICBC (International and Commercial Bank of China), BOC (Bank of China), Fosun International Limited, Silk Road Fund and CLAI Fund, to multinational infrastructure companies as China Southern Power Grid, China Railway Tunnel Group and mining company Chinalco Mining Corp.
