    We set apart from other firms due to our solid roots in the M&A field, which has contributed, in an important way, to provide relevant services to our clients in structuring, drafting and negotiating all kind of agreements related to real estate components, including, agreements for the acquisition and sale of rural and urban properties; lease and long-term usufruct contracts for real properties, buildings and premises across the country; surface agreements for the construction, operation, promotion and maintenance of educational institutions, retail establishments, shopping centers, pharmaceutical laboratories, among other businesses. 

    In addition, we provide complex regulatory advisories, especially those related to legal due diligence processes or that require a specific analysis of the applicable regulations to determine the feasibility of a transaction structure or real estate project (including, but not limited to, verifying zoning and municipal parameters, providing legal support in urban enablements (habilitaciones urbanas) and in the procurement of municipal authorizations.    

    Moreover, we also deliver sophisticated advice in real estate investment projects and for the financing of real estate projects, both for local and foreign investors, alongside with our Tax and Banking & Finance Departments, highly specialized and recognized practice groups of our Firm.   

    RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    Grupo Patio, a leading company in the real estate rental market in Latin America, in the negotiation of promise to execute a purchase and sale agreement, subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent, of a real estate project of offices and commercial premises located in Las Camelias, district of San Isidro.

    Conjugal partnership, owner of two properties located in the district of San Juan de Miraflores, in the granting of a surface  agreement in favor of Colegios Peruanos, a company of the Intercorp Group, for the construction, operation and maintenance of a new headquarters of the “Innova Schools” Educational Center.

    Centro Educativo Altair, belonging to the Inspired Group, in the acquisition of a property owned by Inversiones San Borja, a company of the Breca Group, for the expansion of the headquarters of the Educational Center “Colegio Altair” located in the district of La Molina.

    Centro Educativo Altair, in the sale of a property of its property located in the district of La Molina in favor of the Asociación Civil Educativa Saco Oliveros for the construction, operation and maintenance of a new headquarters of the Educational Center “Saco Oliveros”.

    Owners of the “Edificio Aliaga 360”, negotiation and execution of a long-term usufruct agreement over the entire building in favor of WeWork Perú.

    Owners of certain offices, warehouses and parking lots located in Torre Orquídeas, in the negotiation and execution of a long-term usufruct agreement over such units in favor of WeWork Perú.

    Frío Alimentos y Logística S.A., a company of the Wiese Group and FRIALSA, an important Mexican group, in the execution of a long-term usufruct agreement over certain properties owned by RED MEGACENTRO located in the district of Lurín, for the construction, operation and maintenance of a distribution center for frozen and refrigerated products. This transaction involved advising RED MEGACENTRO in the review of the financing documents for the construction of the center.   

    Administradora Jockey Plaza Shopping Center, a leading company in the shopping center industry, in the negotiation and execution of a 40-year surface contract.

    Investor, in the acquisition of a property located in a strategic area of Arequipa owned by G-CAPITAL, a real estate company that had lease agreements with several important brands that developed their activities in the stores located in the property owned by G-CAPITAL.
