Valeria is an Associate in the Tax and Private Clients practices. Her practice focuses on providing tax advice to a wide range of domestic and foreign corporations and entities, with particular emphasis on tax planning, corporate reorganizations, financing structures, and tax audit procedures involving both individuals and legal entities.
She has also participated in cross-border transactions involving the tax basis certificate before the Peruvian Tax Authority (SUNAT), the application of Double Taxation Treaties, and due diligence processes.
During her undergraduate studies, she participated in various international competitions and programs, including the World Universities Debating Championship in Spanish (CMUDE) Madrid 2022 and the “Cambio de Roles” Program 2024, organized by the National Congress of Argentina, in which she served as President of the committee representing Universidad del Pacífico. Additionally, she was a member of several academic circles and student organizations, including the Universidad del Pacífico Debate Society (CIDEUP), where she held positions such as Finance Director, as well as the Tax Law Circle of Universidad del Pacífico (CDT).
Prior to joining the Firm, Valeria completed internships in the tax consulting area at PwC Peru.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
