LLANET GÁSLAC

Llanet Gáslac is a Senior Associate at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas and is a member of the Tax practice. Her practice focuses on tax advice to various companies and entities, both domestic and foreign, especially in tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. She sponsors clients in contentious and non-contentious tax proceedings before the Tax Administration and/or the Tax Court.

She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (2009) and is a candidate for a Master’s degree in Taxation and Tax Policy from Universidad de Lima. She has a Specialization Diploma in Mining Law (2011) and in Tax Law from the PUCP (2011).

Llanet has more than 10 years of experience, with a particular emphasis on advising companies in the construction, services, mass consumption, telecommunications, real estate, education and agricultural sectors, among others.

She is an Active Associate of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT) and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) – Peruvian Group.

In the academic field, Llanet has served as head of practice of the Income Tax course at Universidad de Lima. She has been a speaker in different academic forums and is the author of several research papers on tax matters. She was also a contributor to Chambers and Partners’ Private Wealth 2025 guide for Peru.

Prior to joining our firm, Llanet was Manager of tax consulting at Ernst & Young (EY).
