ESTEBAN GARCÍA

Esteban is an associate attorney in the firm’s White Collar Crime and Compliance departments. His professional practice focuses on the handling of criminal litigation, with particular emphasis on property-related, economic, and public administration crimes. He also advises companies on the identification and management of legal contingencies arising from criminal investigations.

He is a law graduate from the University of Piura, where he achieved an “outstanding” grade through the defense of his thesis, “¿Apoderamiento o apropiación por parte de dependientes?”, which was published in the “Cuadernos de Doctrina Jurisprudencial” series of Instituto Pacífico, and ranked in the top third of his class.

During his undergraduate studies, he participated in various academic conferences and events related to his area of practice, strengthening a solid foundation in Criminal Law. Subsequently, while already practicing as an attorney, he successfully completed the Specialization Program in Criminal Law at the same university.

He has completed pre-professional internships in the Litigation department of Estudio Olaechea and in the White Collar Crime and Compliance practice of Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas. He later served as an associate attorney at Álvarez Dávila.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
