ALICIA LA CRUZ

Alicia La Cruz is a Senior Associate in our Financing, Capital Markets, Restructuring and Bankruptcy practices. Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to national and international entities in local and cross-border financial transactions, as well as in corporate, contractual, and regulatory advice on corporate finance, banking, insurance, and securities markets.

Alicia holds a law degree from Universidad de Lima, where her graduating thesis was awarded the grade of summa cum laude (20/20), and has completed studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In the academic sphere, she has worked as a teaching assistant for the Expresión Escrita course at the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Lima.
