ALICIA LA CRUZ

Alicia La Cruz is an associate in our Financing, Capital Markets, Restructuring and Bankruptcy practices. Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to national and international entities in local and cross-border financial transactions, as well as in corporate, contractual, and regulatory advice on corporate finance, banking, insurance, and securities markets.

Alicia holds a law degree from Universidad de Lima, where her graduating thesis was awarded the grade of summa cum laude (20/20), and has completed studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In the academic sphere, she has worked as a teaching assistant for the Expresión Escrita course at the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Lima.
