ANA SOFÍA RESTREPO

Ana Sofía Restrepo is a member of our Mergers and Acquisitions and of the Venture Capital teams. Her practice is focused on providing legal advisory to companies and entities, both local and foreign, regarding corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate, contractual, financial and corporate reorganization advisory.

Ana Sofía is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Lima, and earned her degree in 2019 with honors (summa cum laude – 20/20). Additionally, she has successfully completed courses from the Integrated Master of Arts in Law and Master of Science programs during a semester at Bocconi University in Milan.

Before joining our Firm, Ana Sofía worked as a lawyer at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano, in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Project Finance practice areas, and as a lawyer at LeiOS, in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Venture Capital practice areas. Moreover, she was a legal intern at Citibank.

She speaks fluently Spanish and English and has knowledge of Italian.
