Camilo Clavijo is a senior associate of the Firm. His practice focuses on designing defense strategies and conducting White Collar Crime litigation. In addition, he specializes in conducting internal investigations and implementing compliance programs. He has experience executing anti-corruption and anti-money laundering due diligence processes in M&A and financing transactions.

He is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, with magna cum laude mention. In addition, he was an international student at Universidad Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, ​​Spain.

Prior to his incorporation into the firm, Camilo was an associate lawyer in the criminal area at the Benites, Vargas & Ugaz law firm (2015-2020).

In the academic field, he has served as an adjunct professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

He is a former member of the Board of Directors of THĒMIS, a law review of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.

Camilo is the author of various research articles on criminal matters, anti-corruption and compliance and has been a speaker at different academic events and conferences.
