DEREK ORTMANN

Derek is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice. His practice focuses on corporate and contractual advice to various domestic and foreign companies and entities. He has also participated in various due diligence and general corporate advisory processes, which he has helped to implement in the context of company acquisitions and disposals, as well as in the reorganization of their businesses.

In addition to his professional experience at the firm, Derek completed his pre-professional internship in the Criminal and Corporate area of the Olaechea Law Firm and in the Mergers and Acquisitions area of the Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Law Firm.
