Fátima Linares is a member of the Real Estate Practice of the Firm.
She has experience in Municipal Law, Real Estate Registry Law, and Civil Property Law. Her practice focuses on drafting real estate contracts, obtaining municipal authorizations, analyzing the legal status of rural and urban properties, as well as identifying contingencies in real estate transactions. She also has experience providing advisory services in municipal and registry matters.
Fátima holds a Law Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, graduating with honors Magna Cum Laude. She is currently pursuing a specialization in Registry Law at the same university.
During her undergraduate studies, she ranked in the top fifth of her class. She was a member of the Civil Association IUS ET VERITAS, where she is currently an extraordinary member. She was director and founder of the Human Rights Team of the Law School at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Likewise, she served as a teaching assistant for the Property Law course taught by Professor Francisco Avendaño at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and the University of the Pacific. She is currently a teaching assistant for the course “Legal Clinic on Housing and Sustainable Real Estate Development,” taught at the Law School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
Prior to joining the Firm, Fátima completed her pre-professional internship in the Real Estate Area at Jorge Avendaño Abogados, where she also worked as a legal assistant.
