Julio Ramírez is a member of the Labor and Employment department. He has experience in providing labor advice in aspects related to the hiring of personnel, outsourcing and labor intermediation, development of internal policies, elaboration of procedures for the termination of employment contracts, labor inspections, Internal audits, labour compliance processes, preparation of reports and collective labor relations
Julio holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School. He also has studies in the Second Specialty Program in Labor and Social Security Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
Before joining the firm, Julio carried out his internship in the labor area of LATAM Airlines Peru.
He is an extraordinary member of IUS ET VERITAS, law students association from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Law School.
