MERGERS & ACQUSITIONS

• Advised Equinix, one of the biggest digital infrastructure companies in the world, in the US$ 758,5 million acquisition of Entel’s data center in Peru as part of a bigger regional transaction, in which a total of 4 Entel’s data centers were acquired (3 in Chile and 1 in Peru).
• Advised H.I.G. Capital, leading global alternative investment firm, in the cross-order acquisition of a majority stake in the Ransa Group, part of the Romero Group, one of Peru’s leading economic conglomerates.
• Advised the shareholders of Termochilca (several investment funds) in the sale of 100% of their shares and the financial debt of Termochilca to CELEPSA, both well-known companies in Peru for the operation of various power plants.
• Advised GlobalLogic, part of the Hitachi Group and a leader in digital engineering, in the cross-border acquisition of Hexacta, a digital engineering and data company that has operated in Latin America for more than 20 years, with offices in Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay and Peru.
• Advised the shareholders of Pro Valle Alimentos, a company engaged in the commercialization of dried fruits and nuts through the Vallealto brand and leader in the Peruvian market, in the sale of all its shares to Frutos y Especias, better known as Santis, a Peruvian company that sells canned foods, spices, condiments, vegetable stews, dried fruits and nuts, among others.
• Advised Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ), global investment group, in the cross-border US$ 279 million acquisition of Terna’s power transmission assets in Brazil, Peru and Uruguay.
• Advised H.I.G. Capital, leading global alternative investment firm, in the cross-order acquisition of a majority stake in Virutex Ilko, a leading company in the Latin American markets of cleaning products and kitchenware, with presence in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Mexico.

VENTURE CAPITAL

• Advised the shareholders of Mandü, a well know Peruvian start up engaged in the development of software for human resources management, in the sale of a majority stake of the company to Visma, a global technology company headquartered in Oslo, Norway and a leading provider of software and information technology-related development consultancy.
