MICHELE DURAND

Michele Durand is a member of the Labor and Employment department. Her practice is focused in providing labor advice to national and international companies, in aspects related to the hiring of personnel, outsourcing and personnel staffing, development of internal policies, termination of employment (individual or collective) and the evaluation of the labor situation of companies in the framework of M&A transactions.

She has worked as an intern in Labor and Employment Law practice at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas.

Likewise, Michele has experience providing advice on immigration matters related to the hiring of foreign personnel.
