• Representation of a public law company in a commercial arbitration before the Lima Chamber of Commerce in the contractual resolution and payment of an indemnity amounting to more than US$ 4 million initiated by a Peruvian and Italian capital company.
• Representation of a public law company in multiple commercial arbitrations before the Lima Chamber of Commerce in the contractual resolution and payment of an indemnity amounting to more than US$ 1.5 million against a Peruvian company engaged in the hydrocarbons sector.
• Representation of a company engaged in the film industry in a commercial arbitration before the Lima Chamber of Commerce in the reduction of penalties for extreme hardship initiated against a public entity.
• Representation of a company engaged in the television production sector in a commercial arbitration initiated by a company in the television broadcasting sector for the payment of an indemnity amounting to more than half a million dollars, as well as its representation in the counterclaim.
• Representation of a public law company in a commercial arbitration before the Lima Chamber of Commerce in the execution of a guarantee trust for the default of its debtors against a Peruvian company engaged in the cultivation and export of grapes.

• Representation of a company engaged in the collective food, hotel and maintenance business in an administrative litigation process arising from acts of unfair competition in the form of violation of trade secrets.
