Nicolás Hernández is a member of the firm´s Litigation and Arbitration practice.

His experience includes disputes arising from the construction of infrastructure, commercial and corporate agreements, and energy projects like mining facilities, oil refineries, hydroelectric power plants, and buildings. He has experience in legal advice on construction and infrastructure projects, as well as in the design of strategies and commercial negotiations.

 Nicolás has studies in International Investment Arbitration by American University Washington College of Law, USA (2021) and International Business and Arbitration by Universidad de Mendoza, Argentina (2022).

 His experience includes teaching skills as Adjunct Professor in the course “Seminar on Oral Litigation and Procedural Strategy” at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).

 Before his incorporation, he was part of Arbitration and Litigation Law Firm Boutiques Bullard Falla Ezcurra + (BFE) and Campos Arbitraje e Infraestructura (CAI).
