Pablo Espinoza is a lawyer graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a graduate of the Master’s in Jurisdictional Politics from the same institution. His education is complemented by postgraduate studies at national and international universities in civil law, administrative law, arbitration, and legal argumentation.
He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Latin America in its Dispute Resolution: Litigation ranking for four consecutive years (2022 – 2025).
He has extensive experience in designing and implementing legal strategies, as well as in defending clients in arbitration and judicial disputes. His professional practice covers various areas of law, including corporate law, administrative law, constitutional law, public and private contracting, infrastructure, insurance, and medical civil liability.
In the field of public contracting, he has advised both private sector companies and state entities, participating in all stages of the contractual cycle to anticipate and resolve potential conflicts.
Before joining his current role, Pablo was a partner at De Bracamonte, Haaker & Castellares, a senior associate at Kennedys and Barrios & Fuentes, and an associate at Estudio Muñiz.
He is an extraordinary member of the Revista de Derecho Ius Et Veritas, where he served as Director of Research.
