• Advice as head legal counsel in the corporate reorganization of Cosapi S.A., restructuring more than US $ 30 million in debt.
• Advice as head legal counsel in the corporate reorganization of Compañía Pesquera Sarimón, restructuring more than US$ 15 million in debt.
• Advice as head legal counsel in the corporate reorganization of Grupo Hayduk, restructuring more than US $ 75 million in debt.
