FIORELLA WISMANN

Fiorella Wismann is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima. As an associate, she centers her practice in matters related to mining law, environmental law, projects and infrastructure and natural resources. Fiorella specializes in the design of legal strategies and defense in surveillance and sanctioning procedures initiated by different administrative authorities in relation to regulatory and environmental matters, providing a successful defense to clients in cases with a high technical component.

Her experience has been deployed in quite the number of administrative procedures related to the obtainment of permits and authorizations for the execution of mining and infrastructure projects.

Fiorella has been very active in the implementation of preventive measures for both greenfield and brownfield projects in various industrial sectors such as mining, ports, aquaculture, agricultural and manufacture.

In addition, she has advised mining companies in socio-environmental matters and community relations, including the successful negotiation of agreements with rural and indigenous communities for the execution of mining projects.

Before her incorporation, she was part of the corporate and regulatory team in Law Firm Olaechea.

She speaks Spanish and English fluently.
