With over seven years of experience in both the private and public sectors, her practice focuses on criminal litigation, white-collar crime, and compliance. She provides preventive advisory on criminal matters, leads internal investigations, and handles high-profile cases for both local and multinational companies.
Pamela graduated summa cum laude from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) with a law degree. She is also a Fulbright Scholar and earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago. During her time there, she worked as a Research Assistant, focusing on the Chilean constitutional drafting process—a project developed in collaboration with UN Women and Yale Law School.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an attorney at the Procuraduría Pública Ad Hoc for the Odebrecht case (2017-2019) and an associate in the Corporate Criminal practice at Hernández & Cía. (2019-2021). She also has international experience, having been an External Consultant for the International Labor Organization (2021-2023) and worked at the UN Refugee Agency in Oranjestad, Aruba (2022).
Currently, Pamela is a professor at PUCP Law School, where she has taught courses such as Economic Criminal Law, Criminal Law and Human Rights, and Crimes Against Life, Health, Honor, Property, and Liberty. She is also the author of the book La prescripción en Derecho penal: entre el mito y la realidad, published in PUCP Law School’s Colección Centenario, as well as several articles on criminal law, compliance, and human rights—including one that was cited by the Peruvian Supreme Court.
Pamela is the President of the Peruvian Chapter of Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) and a member of its Membership & Alumnae Committee. She is also a member of the Lima Bar Association and co-founder of Abogadas Pro Bono. In addition, she is among the first criminal defense attorneys in Peru to be admitted to the New York Bar (June 2025).
