Andrea Pinillos is a member of the Real Estate team. She specializes in Real Estate Registry Law and Civil Property Law. Her practice focuses on identifying and analyzing civil, registry, and urban contingencies in real estate transactions. Additionally, her professional practice includes consultancy and issuance of legal opinions in civil and registry matters, as well as structuring civil and commercial contractual arrangements.

Andrea is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a specialization in Real Estate Registry Law from the same university. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance and Corporate Law at ESAN University.

Before joining the firm, Andrea was a senior associate in the Real Estate department at DLA Piper Peru. Prior to that, she worked as an associate at Estudio Echecopar, where she also completed her pre-professional training.

She has served as a teaching assistant for the Property course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Andrea has been recognized by Chambers and Partners as an “Associate to Watch” in the Real Estate practice for the years 2022 and 2023.
