Our Firm is actively involved in legal advice and transactional matters related to the development of renewable energy projects, such as wind farms, solar, and hydroelectric power plants, as well as in extractive industries that deal with complex regulatory issues related to natural resources. Our team has unique capabilities in dealing with transactional and regulatory matters related to Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), upstream, midstream and downstream contracts, water sanitation facilities, desalinization plants, among other facilities or assets in extractive industries.
