She was adjunct professor of undergraduate courses at PUCP and at ESAN University, teaching specialist courses in mining and hydrocarbon taxation. Aldely is a member of the Lima Bar Association, the International Association (IFA).
She has extensive experience in corporate tax consulting and in advising national, transnational and global corporations on relevant tax law and procedures.
With specialist knowledge and expertise, particularly within the mining, construction, industrial and agricultural sectors.
She has managed numerous large-scale auditing procedures before the Tax Administration.
With a proven track record of successfully defending clients audited by the Tax Administration and in winning multiple dismissals against the fisco.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Associate at Damma Legal Advisors, and Manager in the Business Tax Advisory department of Ernst & Young Peru.
