Highlights
  • Participation in the advisory to Digiflow in the structuring and implementation of a merger by absorption, through which it absorbed the entire assets and liabilities of DBNET Perú and Corporación Infinito.
  • Participation in the advisory to Pesquera Natalia in the implementation of a spin-off scheme, whereby a business unit composed of assets and liabilities was transferred to Pesca Perú Pisco Norte.
  • Participation in the advisory to Grupo Wiese in the implementation of a multiple spin-off scheme of its company Nisa Retail, holder of investments in the real estate sector.
  • Participation in the advisory to the Cogorno Family, through the preparation of an appeal brief before the SUNARP Registry Tribunal, which resulted in Resolution No. 4614-2023-SUNARP-TR. This ruling revoked the objection that prevented the registration of a subdivision, thereby regularizing the property’s title and setting an important precedent in registry matters.
  • Participation in the advisory to Entel in the negotiation and drafting of a fiber-optic connectivity services agreement, which included the preparation of term sheets tailored to the needs of each bidder within a competitive process, the design of the contractual sales strategy, and support in structuring the main terms and conditions of the transaction.
  • Participation in the advisory to the De la Puente Family in the reactivation of a Panamanian company aimed at investing in foreign investment funds.

Alexandra is a junior associate in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Her practice focuses on providing corporate and contractual advice to both domestic and international companies and entities. She has experience in the planning and execution of corporate reorganizations, supporting their implementation in business acquisitions and restructuring processes.

Alexandra earned her Law degree graduating second in her class of 141 students (2024-2). During her university years, she served as Director of the Public Relations Committee of the civil association ADV Editores, publisher of the legal journal Advocatus.

In the academic field, she participated in the 2024 CADE Universitario organized by IPAE, as well as the 2023 OAS Model (MOEA) held at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. She also completed a specialization program at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid in March 2023 and earned a diploma in Legal Tech.

In terms of publications, she has contributed opinion articles to El Comercio, including: “Claves para erradicar la minería ilegal” and “El rol del Derecho Internacional Público en la guerra”.

In addition to her experience at the Firm, where she began as a pre-professional intern in Corporate Law and later served as a professional intern in M&A, Alexandra also completed a pre-professional internship in the corporate area of Pacífico Seguros.
