Bianca Alvarez is an Associate in the Litigation, White Collar Crime, and Compliance fields of our Firm. Her practice focuses on corporate criminal and criminal litigation advice to local and international companies and the general public. She has also participated in designing and implementing compliance programs and training executives and collaborators of companies in the automotive and telecommunications industries, among others.

Bianca has a bachelor’s degree from the National University of San Marcos and was ranked in the leading positions of her promotion. Furthermore, she has Specialization Certificate in Criminal Law, as well as, several courses in Criminal Procedural Law, Economic Criminal Law, Money Laundering, crimes against Public Administration, Organized Crime, Criminal Compliance, and Criminal Liability of Legal Entities.

While studying, she obtained first place in the “Public Competition for Teaching Assistantship 2020” to be a Teaching Assistant at the Law School of the UNMSM for the course “Criminal Law III – Crimes against Patrimony Section.” Likewise, she was part of the qualifying jury for the “2021 Teaching Assistant Competition” evaluation stage for Criminal Law I, II, III, IV, and Criminal Procedural Law I and II, organized by the Law School of the National University of San Marcos.

She was elected to participate in the “Internship of Strengthening and Articulation of Youth Activisms for Human Rights,” developed in 2017 at “Casa Atinchick by the National Coordinator of Human Rights (CNDDHH)” with the support of the Canadian Embassy in Peru and its Local Initiatives Fund. Additionally, she has developed several soft skills courses, such as the course “Actor Initiation” by Pietro Sibille Eslava, the course “Musical Theater, Leadership, and Communication Skills” at the Talent School of Marita Cabanillas, and the course “Music – Singing” at the DiVoz School of Shantall Young Oneto.

Since 2019, she has been an honorary member of the Workshop on “Economic Criminal Law & Business (TDPE&E)” of the National University of San Marcos. In 2020, she led as the Academic Coordinator of TDPE&E. She has been invited to participate as a speaker and organizer of several courses and modules on Economic Criminal Law topics, such as Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and Crime Prevention Systems of Legal Entities.

She performed all her pre-professional internships in our law firm Rebaza, Alcazar & De Las Casas in Litigation, White Collar Crime, and Compliance for three years.
