Claudia Quispe is a graduate lawyer from the Law School of Universidad San Marcos with completed studies in the Master degree program in Procedural Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. She also holds a Diploma in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration from Universidad Del Pacífico.

She is a specialist in Litigation and Arbitration with experience in local and international arbitration proceedings and judicial cases involving civil, commercial, contentious administrative and constitutional matters.

Her experience in these areas is wide and has represented parties in disputes arising out of contracts related to project management, construction, sales and distribution, telecommunications, as well as shareholders agreement, oil & gas, tax, foreign trade and others.

Claudia has practiced as counsel in cases involving multiple procedural rules of arbitration such as Lima Chamber of Commerce, Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce and International Chamber of Commerce; and arbitral tribunals ad hoc.

Prior to joining Rebaza, Alcázar y De Las Casas, she was a member of the Litigation and Arbitration group of Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera, as a senior associate. In addition, Claudia did a professional internship at the International Arbitration group of Dechert’s Paris Office, where she focused her practice on international commercial and investment arbitration.  

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
