He has a strong background in regulated industries and natural resources, providing specialized counsel in administrative, regulatory, and commercial law.
David earned his law degree (cum laude) from Universidad de Lima and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Edinburgh, where he also graduated with honours.
