HELGA IRAZOLA

Helga Irazola is an Associate of our labor and employtment practice area and her practice focuses on providing labor and employment counseling to national and international corporations and entities, such as counseling related to recruitment, provision of services through intermediation and outsourcing, structuring and planning of labor and employment policies and elaboration of procedures for the termination of employment contracts.

She is a graduate lawyer from Universidad de Lima, and belongs to the Labor and Employment area of our Firm.

During her university stage, she attended a semester at the University of Salamanca, as an exchange student, where she took courses related to law and criminology.

In addition, she is an associate from the Civil Association ADV Editores, which edits and publish the legal review ADVOCATUS, association formed by students of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lima.

Helga carried out her pre-professional practices in the Labor and Employment area of Rodrigo, Elias y Medrano law firm.
